About Grade My Teacher

Grade My Teacher is a playful, kid-first app that helps families track how teaching feels day to day. Instead of judging a teacher by one big test or a single bad afternoon, kids answer a few quick questions after class each day — six simple categories like clear instructions, mood, helpfulness, fairness, patience, and how much fun learning was. Over the semester those daily grades quietly average into one honest report card, the way a teacher is actually graded: not by subject, but by how they show up for kids.

It's built for kids and the parents who care about them — families who want a fair, full picture of a school year and a safe way to speak up when something is hard to say out loud. That's why we added My Safe Space: a private, PIN-protected note that only opens with a PIN you share separately, so kids can tell someone something important without feeling exposed.

Grade My Teacher is built by a small team of parents, designers, and engineers who believe kids' voices deserve to be heard — gently, fairly, and with a little fun along the way.
